DAY 1: TURTLE CEMETERY DINOSAUR FOOTPRINTS
“Toro toro” is located in the city of Potosi, 140 km from the city of Cochabamba, from where its access is made due to its proximity.
The city of Cochabamba is located at an altitude of 2800 meters above sea level.
On the way we visit “Tarata” colonial population, the “Caine river” that divides the cities of Potosi and Cochabamba. We arrive to “Toro Toro”. You can choose the hotel of your preference. Then we will continue with the lunch.
Pm visit the museum turtle cemetery, visit de pachamama wasi stone house and the artisan center of women, we visit the dinosaur footprints. Dinner in the hotel at night.
DAY 2: HUMAJALANTA CAVERS + STONE CITY
We go in a car in direction to “the caves of Umajalanta”, located 10 km from the town of “Toro Toro”. We enter the caves, where we observe stalactites and stalagmites in addition to a small underground lake where blind fish live. Then we return to the town and continue with the lunch.
Pm excursion to “the stone city (Itas)”, located at 11/2 hours from the town of Toro Toro.
Return to your hotel and dinner.
DAY 3: CANNON (VERGEL)
AM we go to “the Toro Toro Canyon”, 20 minutes from the town, passing through some tourist sites such as “the stone theater”, until we reach the canyon viewpoint, then descend by stone stairs to the inside of the canyon called “The Vergel”, where we observe waterfalls and natural pools.
Return to the town and lunch.
Pm return to Cochabamba and continue with the transfer to your hotel.
